How to hard reset Dopod 818 Pro

• On the right side of the device, press the camera button and communications
• Without releasing the button, use the stylus to press the hole in the bottom of the device.
• Remove the stylus but keep your hold on the cam and comm
• Message will appear saying press the green call key and hold then release your hold on the cam and comm
• When show a message stating that the device is being formatted, disconnect the call button
• Now you're finished doing a hard reset

After doing a hard reset, the welcome screen will probably take some time before you'll be directed to the configuration screen so do not worry. However, if the thirty minutes have passed and you are still on the welcome screen, it's time to take your device to a wireless operator or the shop you bought it from to have it fixed.
